Simple Steps to Take
- Most fax machines have the option of printing out status reports after each sent fax, make sure that option to turned OFF. Ask your IT department if you need assistance.
- Encourage management to consider electronic faxes. By receiving faxes directly to your email, your company can save money on paper to supply the machine, the cost of electricity to run it, the cost of maintenance to repair it, and the cost of a lease (if leased). This option is also more convenient because if you are not in the office you can still receive a fax via email.
